This post is WAY OVER DUE!! After all, my sweet little girl turned one almost 3 months ago!! It was such a crazy time around here. Family came to visit, we went to visit family, lots of crazy summer stuff, I moved into a new studio, lots of newborn sessions, etc., etc., etc. I really had intentions of taking her out for another session to get more photos at another location in a different outfit, but i just never made it happen!
Haven’t you missed her sweet face around here, though?
You would never know that this tiny, sleepy baby was 6 weeks old. When her sweet aunt scheduled her newborn photography session and told me that the baby would be almost 6 weeks old, I’ll admit that I was a little nervous. The reason that I schedule my newborn sessions before the infant is 2 weeks old, is because they sleep better and curl/pose better for me making it much easier to get through the session with a lot of beautiful images. Well, sweet little Addisyn showed up at my house with big bright eyes but after taking a few pictures of her pretty eyes, she was ready for her nap and slept perfectly! I actually couldn’t believe how many poses we were able to get through before she woke back up. She was truly a dream baby to photograph!
What a beautiful little girl! She looks so dainty. These shots are all SO pretty!
Rivkkah’s Grandma called to schedule her very first photo session as a gift. I’m so glad that she did… Rivkkah was such a sweet and pretty baby to photograph. I loved the few hours that I got to spend with her and her beautiful family! These newborn photos were taken back when I was still photographing out of my in-home studio in Mountain Home, and this sweet family traveled all the way from Star for their baby’s first photoshoot. Such a special treat for me! Thank you again for bringing her to me!
And to think some of MY genes are running through her!!
I love her.
Happy birthday gorgeous Layla! I can’t believe her hair, it is crazy gorgeous.
